Q Is my handset supported?
A If your handset is on the handset compatibility list then you will be able to use our content. If it is not listed, the content will not function with your handset. Make sure that you check that you have chosen the type of content that is supported by your handset.
Q How does the service work?
A For Monophonic ringtones, wallpapers and operator logos you send your content request by SMS, we will interpret your request and deliver the content directly to your handset via SMS.

For Truetones, Polyphonic ringtones, colour images you send your content request by SMS. You will receive a SMS message with a WAP link to your content. Then you activate the link (this is unique for every make of handset) your phone will open a WAP session and connect to the content WAP site. You will be asked “Download content name” to this you reply “yes” normally the green button on your handset. The content will then be downloaded to your handset. Do not forget to save the content on your handset.
Q I have sent my content request, but not received any reply.
A In some cases, it may take a little more time to deliver content to you. If you have still not received content after 2 hours, please send us an email using the contact form and we will try to resolve your problem.
Q I have sent my content request and have received a thank you message, but not the ringtone.
A There may have been a problem. Check the compatibility of your handset and that your WAP service is activated, if this is OK then contact the helpdesk by filling out the contact form.
Q I have sent my content request and have received a thank you message and the content. However the content does not play.
A It is likely that your hand set is not compatible. Please check the handset compatibility list.
Q I have sent my content request, but keep getting error messages.
A Using the contact form you can inform the helpdesk about the problem. You will need to state the code you are sending, the number you are sending it to and we will try to resolve your problem.
Q How many ringtones can I download and store?
A This is dependant on your handset and if your SMS inbox is full. You may need to make space in your SMS inbox by deleting existing messages. In addition you may have to overwrite an existing ringtone to be able to save your new ringtone.
Q Can I send the ringtone to a friend?
A No. However your friend can request a ringtone directly, in the same way you did.
Q How will I be charged for the service?
A For prepaid customers payment will be removed from your account immediately. For contract customers payment will be added to your bill.
